Full Body Strength & Conditioning Circuit

Push your limits with our Full Body Strength & Conditioning Circuit, a high-energy workout designed to build strength, endurance, and agility. Guided by our amazing coach, Dr. Jill, this circuit combines weights, bodyweight exercises, and gym equipment for a total-body burn. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling stronger and more powerful.

Boxing Skills & Drills

1hr

6:30pm - 7:30pm

Sharpen your technique and unleash your inner fighter in our Boxing Skills & Drills class. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned boxer, our expert coaches will guide you through solo, partner, and group drills to improve footwork, defense, and punching precision. Get ready to train like a pro and develop real boxing skills.

Competitive Skills Training

Our Competitive Boxing class is designed for anyone serious about stepping into the ring, whether you're a beginner looking to compete or an experienced fighter sharpening your skills. Training covers footwork, head movement, defensive tactics, punch combinations, and ring strategy, along with conditioning drills to build speed, power, and endurance. Led by expert coaches, this class prepares athletes for sparring and competition while fostering discipline, resilience, and a fighter’s mindset.

Competitive Coaching 

Take your boxing to the next level with Private Competitive Coaching, designed for athletes serious about improving their skills. Our seasoned coaches provide personalized training tailored to your goals, focusing on technique, strategy, endurance, and fight readiness.

 

Whether you're preparing for competition or refining your craft, you'll receive expert guidance to sharpen your skills and elevate your performance.
